Cranberry Pork Roast Crock Pot Recipe
1 - 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 - 5 oz can apricot nectar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chopped dried apricots
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 - 2 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast ( you may use a pork tenderloin or pork chops instead)
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a crock pot and mix well. Add the pork and spoon some of the sauce over the meat. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serves 8.
